Javokhir Karimovich Yakubjanov is geboren in 1996 in het Yangikurgan district van de Namangan regio van de Republiek Oezbekistan. Hij heeft meer dan 10 boeken gepubliceerd in internationale publicaties en meer dan 30 artikelen in internationale en lokale tijdschriften, conferenties en congressen. Hij is momenteel derdejaars student aan de Namangan Staatsuniversiteit.
